Radio Raheem Sessions

Marco Giudici / GINEVRA
July 28 2020
Durataion: 70'
For the third year running, the collaboration between Radio Raheem, the cultural hub and independent radio platform, and FOG, the performing arts festival of Triennale Milano, is renewed. On the occasion of Triennale Estate,a triple event is presented of a contemporary and urban nature. A double concert for the second evening in collaboration with Radio Raheem: a live performance of the new album by Marco Giudici, born in Milan in 1991, already known for his collaborations alongside Adele Nigro with Any Other: Stupide cose di enorme importanza (Stupid things of enormous importance), a record with an extremely well-played lo-fi edge, which creates small colourful pictures describing his world, his private life, his affections and his everyday life. Following this will be a live performance by GINEVRA, a singer songwriter born in 1993, who will perform live for the first time her new EP METROPOLI - which will be released on June 26 for Asian Fake accompanied by a full band. Through six songs, the young singer-songwriter from Turin tells her story, in an intertwining of travels to faraway places, of frenetic rhythms in the city she lives in - Milan - with her small and large anxieties, but also moments of light-heartedness and happiness.
