Tom Smith

The singer and frontman of Editors comes to Voce with a showcase, joined by Nick Willes, to present songs from his first solo album, There is Nothing In The Dark That Isn’t In the Light, to be released on December 5, along with some of the Editors’ greatest classics. The event will be introduced by Tommaso Toma.

For twenty years, Tom Smith has been the leader of Editors, a band that in its early days convincingly combined '80s post-punk with the indie rock sound of the new millennium; they later surprised with more electronic arrangements. Tom Smith has recorded two albums with the side project Smith & Burrows (Andy Burrows, Tom's longtime friend and collaborator). There Is Nothing In The Dark That Isn't There In The Light is his first solo album, acoustic and more intimate.
