Sound Spaces Philosophical researches between music and architecture

From the avant-garde of the 20th century to contemporary experiments, the relationship between space and sound becomes a field of cross-cutting research. Architecture, music, philosophy and media studies talk in rethinking environments, atmospheres and acoustic landscapes. Recording, reproduction and spatialization technologies not only mediate but also transform the perception of space. Installations and sound devices construct new forms of spatiality, where aesthetics, technology and listening intertwine. Themes that will be the focus of the talk, between artistic practices and theoretical reflections.
