There is always a need for stories. That's why every week we host Orbita, a series of events in collaboration with Chora and Will ranging from live podcasts to interviews, stand-up comedy, and musical moments.
In the new event at Voce Triennale, a space dedicated to music and listening, the journey starts from a classic of Chinese literature: The Romance of the Three Kingdoms. An epic tale of alliances and conflicts, where strategy, courage, cunning and loyalty become keys to understanding the present as well. Guided by the voice of Simone Pieranni and accompanied by live music from Daniele Marinello and Emanuele Moscatelli, we delve into the stories of some of the novel's protagonists to rediscover crucial moments in Chinese history: from rebellion to leadership, right up to the country's transformation into a global tech power. A storytelling experience that merges words and music, to help us see today's China with fresh eyes. Directed by Luca Micheli.
