For Nation Day Germany international experts from the world of philosophy, architecture, culture and art talk about the era in which we are living and what the effects of planetary changes are in science, culture, economics and politics.
With the partecipation of Lorenza Baroncelli, Bernd Scherer, director of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt Berlin, Armin Linke , curator of "Carceri d’Invenzione", Germany’s official contribution to the XXII Triennale di Milano, and Anselm Franke, director of the film and visual arts unit at the HKW. Event moderator: Marco Sammicheli, International Relations Chief Officer Triennale.

In this moment of planetary crisis, do we inhabit prisons of our own design? In his extensive eldwork, the lmmaker Armin Linke documents the entangled realities and systemic contradictions of the Anthropocene. The video installation Carceri d’Invenzione, conceived with Giulia Bruno and Giuseppe Ielasi, presents excerpts from Linke’s archive.
