Claudia Andujar, The Yanomami Struggle
The exhibition Claudia Andujar, The Yanomami Struggle heralds the start of an eight-year partnership between Triennale Milano and the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain. This is the largest retrospective devoted to the work and activism of Claudia Andujar, who has spent over five decades of her life photographing and protecting the Yanomami, one of the largest indigenous groups in Brazil, who are now more than ever threatened by illegal gold miners and the Covid-19 pandemic.
