We want to live longer and longer, and better and better. But how does this impact our society and economy? A talk to explore how demographic transformations are redefining patterns of growth, generational balance and sustainability of economic systems.

Guido Maria Brera
A business executive and writer, he is president of BeWater and author of the Black Box podcast, in which he chronicles the major economic and social transformations of our time. Co-founder and director of the Kairos Group, he has published several books, including I Diavoli (from which a successful TV series was made), Tutto è in frantumi e danza (written with Edoardo Nesi), La fine del tempo and Candido, made with the collective I Diavoli, of which he is a founder.
Riccardo Quagliotti
Graduated in Economics from the University of Turin, he began his work experience at Paine Webber with a focus on the U.S. stock market, followed by a long career in Lehman Brothers and a ten-year experience in Barclays as Head of the Cash Equity Desk. At Kairos since 2019 as Senior Equity Analyst, she follows new market trends inherent to technology, internet and media. In December 2020, he assumed the role of Portfolio Manager.
