Anacapri Landscape Festival 2025 Presentation of the 9th edition

The ninth edition of the Anacapri Landscape Festival revisits the theme of the Italian Journey, reflecting on the cultural and iconographic value of ruins through a dual exhibition project: the exhibition Travelogue. Landscapes with Ruins is a contemporary Grand Tour that explores echoes of the past in contemporary artistic research through the works and installations of Alessio de Girolamo, Katarina Löfström, Masbedo, Angelo Mosca, Luca Pancrazzi, and Sislej Xhafa; the exhibition RUINA. Searching for an identity in the ancient and the present, created with the support of MiC and SIAE as part of the Per Chi Crea 2024 program, presents the works of five Italian artists—Clarissa Baldassarri, Morena Cannizzaro, Maria Cavinato, Carmela De Falco, and Irene Macalli—focus on the theme of ruins as active presences, capable of recovering traditions and relationships that are disappearing.
