"Programma Innovativo Nazionale per la Qualità dell'Abitare" e politiche di rigenerazione urbana in atto in Italia e in Francia

The seminar aims to reflect on the "National Innovative Program for Housing Quality" (PINQuA), to present PINQuA pilot projects - comparing project proposals, strategies deployed and the state of implementation of interventions - and to reason around the different approaches to urban regeneration policies developed in Italy and France. The two-day program will be introduced by a presentation of the research, followed by a reflection on the state of implementation of regeneration policies in Italy, presentations of PINQuA pilot projects and a concluding debate on urban policies promoted in Italy and France. The meetings will be attended by civil servants, local government leaders, Italian and French academics. During the seminar, videos made in the eight municipalities involved in the PINQuA pilot projects, showing the places of future transformations, will be presented.
