Access

How do I access my membership?

Select Profilo from the main menu on the triennale.org/en website. You can then create a new profile by entering your data or open an existing profile, where you will find all the information about your membership.

Can I use a different email address from the one I used when I became a member?

No, it is not possible to use a different email than the one you used at the time you became a member.

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Select Profile from the main menu on the triennale.org/en website, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to sign in using a new password.

Membership management

When does my membership expire?

Your membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase or of activation in the case of a gift subscription. The gift must be activated within 365 of purchase. You can access your profile on the triennale.org website at any time to check your membership expiry date. Memberships saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet show the expiry date of the subscription.

How can I change my contact details?

You cannot change your name, surname or email address. You can change your address, telephone number, interests, preferences and permissions in your profile on the triennale.org/en website.

Why haven’t I received information about your programmes?

In order to receive communications from us we need to have your consent to marketing and profiling. You can change these preferences at any time in your profile on the triennale.org website. Just sign in and go to your profile, then in the section “Your details”, give your consent to marketing and profiling and click on the “Update” button. You will then be subscribed to our newsletter and will start receiving communications from us.

I have given my consent to marketing and profiling but I am still not receiving your communications.

Check and update your data and preferences on the triennale.org website. Check the spam folder in your email.

Profile and benefits

What is the profile page?

The profile page is where you can find all the information about your subscription. Access your profile from the main menu on the triennale.org website and find out all the details about your membership, review your purchases and check your bookings.

How do I access my profile?

To access your profile, select Profile from the main menu on the triennale.org/en website and sign in with your registered email address and password. Have you forgotten your password? Click on “Reset password” and you will receive an email to reset your log-in details.

How can I find out about upcoming events for members?

From the main menu on the triennale.org/en website select “What's on” and then “Exhibitions, events and performances” and you will find out about the events reserved for members. Check our newsletters and social media channels to receive all our communications about special events on our programme.

Can I bring a guest to exhibition previews and inaugurations?

You cannot bring a guest to exhibition previews. You can bring a guest to exhibition inaugurations if you have Supporter membership.

How do I get a reduction on ticket purchases for guests?

You can book tickets for you and your guest at the ticket office in the Triennale or in the “Buy tickets” section on the triennale.org website. When you are buying tickets, enter your log-in details to reserve your tickets.

I have a Starter membership, are concerts included?

One concert is included with a Starter membership. Check out the Explorer, Insider and Supporter memberships to get access to all of our programming.

Renewal

Is my membership automatically renewed?

No, your membership expires 365 days from the date of purchase or the date of activation in the case of gift subscriptions.

Digital card

How can I download my membership card onto my smartphone?

Access your profile on the triennale.org/en website and save your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. With the Wallet you can access exhibitions directly without needing to go through the ticket office or book tickets online.

Discounts

Are there discounts for young people and students?

Yes, students can purchase membership with a discount of 25%.

I’m a student: how do I purchase membership online?

At the moment it is not possible to purchase membership with a 25% student discount online. You can come to the ticket office from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 7pm, to activate your subscription. Bring a valid identity document and/or your student card.

Are there reductions for over 65s?

No reductions are available on membership for over 65s.

Are there reductions for artists?

No reductions are available on membership for artists.

Are there reductions for architects and designers?

No reductions are available on membership for architects and designers.

Are there reductions for people with disabilities?

Yes, people with disabilities of 67% or above have the right to a 50% discount on the cost of membership. Their personal assistants will have free entry to exhibitions and shows.

What is the best membership package for families?

Insider membership offers unlimited admittance for you and a guest. As an Insider you have the right to attend 10 exhibitions and your guest will have a discount on their ticket. You will also have a 10% discount on family activities in our program.

Are there reductions for teachers?

Yes, teachers can purchase a membership with a 25% discount at the ticket office in Triennale.

Purchase

As a member, do I have priority booking rights for ticket purchases?

Yes, members have priority booking for 48 hours for ticket purchases to shows before tickets go on general sale.

Can I change the date for an event that I have already booked as a member?

No, you cannot change the date for events you have already booked.

What happens if I arrive late for an event?

Latecomers cannot be admitted to the auditorium after the start of a performance. Check the event page on the triennale.org website to find out when an event starts.

As a member, can I obtain a ticket for my child? Up to what age is admittance free for children?

For children up to 6 years old, admission is free. If you have an Insider membership you are entitled to 3 tickets for children under 14. If you have a Supporter membership you are entitled to 3 free guests.

My membership allows me to bring a guest: how do I book a ticket for them?

You can book tickets for yourself and your guest at the ticket office in Triennale or from the “Buy tickets” section on the triennale.org website. When purchasing tickets, sign in with your log-in details to book your tickets.

I am a member, but I am unable to accompany my guests during their visit. Can they visit without me?

Every membership is personal. The benefits are reserved for the person who is a member and guests can only enter when accompanied by our members.

I haven’t received the confirmation email for my booking. Can I get it re-sent to my email address?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email for your booking, go to your profile on the triennale.org website: all your bookings are saved and visible there. To take part in free events, simply show your digital membership card, while tickets for exhibitions and shows can be downloaded.

Gift

How can I buy a gift membership?

You can buy a gift membership in the ticket office or online.

Can I include a personalized message with the gift membership?

Yes, you can include a personalized message when making the purchase online.

I’d like to give my gift membership to someone in person. Is it possible to print it off?

If you purchase gift membership at the ticket office, you will be given a personalized envelope with the selected membership type, which you can give to the recipient.

How is the recipient informed about the gift membership he or she has received?

When purchasing online you can choose to send the gift membership automatically on a specific day that you indicate or you can choose to send it to the recipient yourself by email.

What do I do if I don’t know the email address of the recipient?

If you don’t know the email address of the person you want to give membership to, don’t worry. We will send you an email with all the instructions and a redemption code that you can pass onto the recipient.

Can the recipient of the gift membership choose when to begin their subscription?

Yes, the subscription will be valid for 365 days from the time that the recipient activates their membership using the gift code.

Is there a time limit for the receiver to activate the gift membership?

Yes, the gift receiver has 365 days from the day of purchase to activate their membership.

I have received gift membership. How do I activate it?

You can activate your gift at any time at the Triennale ticket office or from home. To activate it from home, go to the triennale.org website, register or sign into your profile (under the Profile section) and activate your membership using the redemption code you have received. Your card will be active for 365 days from the day of activation.
