Voce Triennale
Details
Our space dedicated to music and sound is a place for listening, gathering, and experimentation. Every week it hosts concerts, DJ sets, performances, sound installations, and events designed to experience music as a shared moment.
Located on Triennale’s park floor, in the former spaces of the historic Old Fashion nightclub, Voce Triennale was conceived as an environment entirely devoted to sound and its enjoyment. Here, in a room designed for live sets and performances, unfolds a program that moves across genres, languages, and formats—from electronic music to acoustic experimentation, from listening sessions to intimate concerts and artist talks.

A ninety-year history
The area that now hosts Voce has always been connected to music. Since the opening of the Palazzo dell’Arte in 1933, it was envisioned as a ballroom. In the 1950s, it became the broadcasting studio of RAI’s third radio channel, and from the mid-1960s it welcomed the Piper Club, the stage of one of the most iconic concerts of the era: Jimi Hendrix’s 1968 performance. Restoring continuity to this space means reconnecting its past with today’s Triennale—an institution that integrates disciplines and languages, without separating spaces or interrupting cultural exploration.

Experience Voce
Concerts, DJ sets, performances, talks, sound installations, and listening sessions: Voce’s schedule is updated weekly. In recent months we have hosted artists who have contributed to shaping different visions of contemporary music: Tom Odell, in an intimate set; Tom Smith, frontman of Editors, for an acoustic performance; and Marta Del Grandi, who presented her new album through a live set.
Beyond concerts, Voce features DJ sets that span electronic music, sound research, and new forms of musical storytelling, as well as club nights in collaboration with Le Cannibale and Nicola Guiducci, founder and artistic director of Milan’s Plastic.
And the program keeps growing: in the coming months, new guests will arrive, including Dardust, Voices from the Lake, and other international artists.
During events, you can enjoy our selection of signature aperitifs and crafted cocktails, perfect to enjoy alongside fellow lovers of music and contemporary culture.
