Musica Infinita—a new series dedicated to classical and contemporary music curated by Francesco Fusaro—opens with The Trilogy of Rest, a live event conceived by Diana Lola Posani and dedicated to sound and dreamy repose. Voce welcomes a moment of listening and reflection on the idea of dreams as a state of perception, of rest as a shared space. Diana Lola Posani invites composers Marco De Martino, Ivan Liuzzo, and Mattia Clera to present their works, performed by Elena D'Alò (flute) and Paolo Fumagalli (viola). The compositions offer music in which sound emerges as another presence, in a suspended perceptual quality. Sound does not construct a discourse, but defines relationships: between matter, time, and those who share the space.

Marco De Martino is a composer and researcher who has collaborated with ensembles, soloists, and sound research centers, working in both institutional and independent contexts. His practice ranges from instrumental composition to art installation, with a particular focus on sound as a dramaturgical presence and situated phenomenon.
Ivan Liuzzo is an Italian musician active in various artistic fields and based in Basel. He works as a composer in the field of contemporary classical music and, as a drummer/percussionist, has collaborated with numerous artists on the Italian avant-jazz scene. He is also artistically active under the pseudonym Luiz Vinoza.
Mattia Clera is a composer and researcher. He focuses his work on the relationship between sound and instrumental practice, with particular attention to the acoustic phenomena that emerge at the margins of the instrument and the listening qualities they require.
