Eclectic and always original, Thile's refined style is the key to his international success, which has made him one of the most critically acclaimed artists. Described by The Guardian as ‘a complete and multifaceted musician’ and celebrated by NPR as ‘a genius capable of challenging the boundaries of musical genres’, his career boasts a Grammy Award and the prestigious ‘Genius Grant’ conferred by the MacArthur Foundation.
